Sport is a very important part of the curriculum at Carlisle. We encourage our pupils to be as active as possible in their learning and play times. We provide pupils with additional sporting opportunities through balance bikes, swimming and dance as well as having specialist sports people in to teach and inspire the pupils. Last year we took part in inter and intra school athletics tournaments which provided our Year 2 children with the opportunity to take part in competitive events.
